What we collect
When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, course preferences, learning progress, and payment confirmation. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by VautX.
How we use your information
We use this information to provide course access, remember your progress, support your account, improve the course, and meet our legal obligations.
Your AI conversations
VautX does not receive conversations you have directly with ChatGPT or Claude. You should always remove personal identity codes, client information, health information, and other sensitive data before using an AI tool.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data. You may also object to certain processing and contact the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
